Masuda White 2 Kurouchi Tsuchime Kiridashi 24mm

Kiridashi is a traditional Japanese carving knife. It is single bevel and used for woodworking and food garnishing. Kiridashi is a very popular type of common tools in Japan, many famous makers offer Kiridashi: Iwazaki, Shigefusa, Kato, Hinoura all made Kiridashi. Masuda is a sanjo workshop that is very famous for its woodworking tools, they are very good at heat treating the White 2 steel. I find the Masuda kiridashi is very well made and the price is also very competitive, hence while K&S doesn’t traditionally offer many Kiridashis, we decided to carry the Masuda Kiridashi.
